Went to meet Claire at her bakery shop at 10am and together went to Science Centre which is just opposite the peace park. Admission is free and I don't feel excited looking at the exhibits anymore cause it's about the same as Singapore's science centre except smaller and lesser displays. Went to the 3rd floor to watch this 'omni-threatre' show and we noticed that foreign students studying in Japan, tickets are FOC! (Though we're not exchange students, Claire managed to bargain her way through and got us in for free!) But once the show started, it was not the same standard as Singapore's and we were eating our sandwiches inside listening to the japanese conversation and we dozed off... zzz...
Stayed for a bit more before leaving at 1.30pm to cycle back home for our bento lunch instead cause we were full after eating the egg sandwich in the 'omni-threatre'. haha... And after resting for a while, we left at 3 plus to the SOGO Departmental store to shop at the 2 basement levels. Heard from our colleagues that these 2 floors provide the most samples! Hence we began walking around and dashed to the counter that offered samples. Think we tried many different kinds of samples, from chocolate to snacks to tako fishball, potato, fried fish, pudding, vege, meat, cake and sweets. Haha! We were quite full with all these 'rubbish' in our stomachs and at 6 plus cycled to one of our friend's house to meet up with our other friends for dinner.
Upon meeting, they drove us to a shopping centre which is about 20 minutes away from our house and entered this chinese restaurant. Because Claire and I were still full, we did not join them for Shabu Shabu (streamboat). Instead we sat at another table with one of our friends eating a normal meal and chatted until 9 plus. We left the place at 10.30pm and back in the house, Claire cooked her own Okonomiyaki (which she calls it okonoclaireki or whatever she wants it... haha...) for our lunch tmr... :)
