7th Week - Wednesday to Friday (200208 - 220208)

Finally got my basics back. But will still continue to learn and improve my jap as much as possible. The more you learn, the more addicted it becomes. Haha... And this is the update to what I have done for the past few days...


Wednesday (200208) Dinner and Karaoke

The weather is getting warmer and warmer. The afternoon's temp is now 9 degrees. But life still goes on in the office but there's some major shifting around which I will be affected too. :)


Then at 6pm, Claire and I cycled to Hiroshima Eki to meet up with our senior and his friends and colleagues. We then went to eat in another yaki tori restaurant and then went on to sing karaoke. I sang jap songs initially but gave up in the end and revert back to my english songs. The more i sing, the more i feel high. I even sang Tokyo Drift! Haha...


We sang till 11.10pm before cycling for 30 minutes back home.



Thursday (210208)

Has confirmed the taking of another project in my work. Went to another site to attend a briefing. I will be shifting office from next week! But will still come back to my existing office quite often. Yeah!!! (Claire is still based in the current office). Now need to recce on how to get to my new workplace over the weekend, which might take around 45 minutes by cycling (not sure yet...). I might be the first intern to be able to work in 2 places. Yeah!!!



Friday (220208)

The afternoon temp was 11 degrees. I can finally go out without my jacket! Haha!
Was issued a laptop from the compamy and transferred all my documents into it as I will be commuting between 2 places next week. Wow, I'll be cycling with so many barang barang on my bike from next week, with my bag, laptop bag and bento box. Haha... Just hope that I'll be steady enough when cycling...

Then after work, went to the bank to update my bankbook. Was at a loss initially cause this is the first time I'm looking at the bank machines. But thank goodness that the machine's has an option for English. Pressed it and inserted my book in. And Yeah! The reimbursement for the air tickets and last month's salary has been credited into my account! Hooray!!!

Then cycled back to my apartment to have my dinner, washed my laundry and all the bento boxes before heading to my bed at 10.30pm for an early sleep. (Have not been resting enough with the weekday work and weekend outings. Need to make up for the loss in sleep). =)
